Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Securely wrap your MAC knife in its original gift box and protective cardboard sleeve, ensuring the blade is immobilized to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the item back to our distribution center, keeping your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the knife's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
